Erin Dardis represents clients in product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort actions, as well as in commercial and insurance litigation. She has nearly three decades of experience in state and federal courts, including at the appellate level. Erin has defended personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits involving allegations of exposure to asbestos, talc, silica, and chemicals throughout Florida. She has defended clients in the area of commercial litigation, represented physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice claims, and defended major cruise lines in admiralty matters.

Erin’s skill as an appellate lawyer comes from her past work as an assistant attorney general. She began her career in the Criminal Appeals Division of the State of Florida Office of the Attorney General, where she handled the appeals of convictions involving major felony crimes and U.S. Constitutional issues.
